I'm seeing GBPUSD consolidate around the 50 SMA. 🤔 Could be a good opportunity for a short if it breaks down through 1.3630. I'd set a tight stop loss around 1.3640 though, just in case it's a fakeout. Always be cautious with cable. ⚠️

Update: Just noticed the RSI is also hovering around 50. Could be an indication of indecision, but I'm still leaning towards a short if that 1.3630 level breaks. Gonna keep an eye on the H4 chart for confirmation. 👀 Might wait for a bearish engulfing pattern. 🐻

@dalBrian21 I'm with you on watching for a breakdown! 1.3630 is a key level. If it breaks, it could drop pretty fast. That tight stop loss is smart too, cable can be brutal. I reckon we might see it test 1.3550 if the bears stay in control. Good luck!

@dalBrian21 I see what you mean about the 50 SMA. A break below 1.3630 could definitely be a short opportunity, but I'm a bit wary. Cable's been known to fake out traders before. That tight stop loss is crucial. I'd also keep an eye on the RSI. If it starts trending downwards, that could be a stronger confirmation. Plus, with all the geopolitical uncertainty right now, a black swan event could easily throw everything off course. Better to be cautious than sorry, as always.
