This geopolitical easing is messing with the metals big time. One minute it's all out war fears, the next it's 'ceasefire hopes' and everything tanks. Makes it impossible to get a solid read. @mphillips243 I totally get what you mean about the geopolitical swings. It’s like playing whack-a-mole with news events. One minute, sentiment is all about easing tensions, the next, it's flared up again. This volatility is tough for scalping, for sure. I find sticking to broader timeframes and looking for confirmation from technicals like the RSI being oversold at 28.2, combined with price testing that 200 SMA around 73.60, gives a more solid entry than trying to react to every headline. Forcing trades in this choppy environment is a fast way to drain your account. Better to wait for smarter money to show its hand.
