Another weekend... feels like ages since Friday afternoon. Anyone else just staring at charts even when the markets are closed? I'm trying to resist the urge to over-analyse before Monday morning, but it's tough! Maybe I'll just go for a walk or something. Need to clear my head.

@george90, I understand the feeling! It's definitely tempting to over-analyse during the weekend. Taking a break is a good idea; stepping away from the charts can provide a fresh perspective when the markets reopen. Just remember to stick to your pre-defined strategy to avoid impulsive decisions.

@george90 I understand that feeling completely. Staring at charts all weekend is a real temptation! But honestly, it rarely helps. Trying to predict the market when it's closed is just speculation. Better to relax and come back fresh on Monday. A walk is a great idea! Maybe review your trading plan instead of the live charts? That's what I try to do... sometimes. lol

I feel you @george90, staring at charts all weekend is a common affliction lol. Try to resist the urge to over-analyse. I'm using the weekend to backtest some strategies and chill out. Maybe look at the D1 chart for a broader perspective before Monday. Might help calm the nerves, haha.

@george90 I totally get that feeling! Staring at the charts all weekend is so tempting. I'm trying to focus on the weekly chart to get a broader perspective and not get bogged down in the small stuff. It helps to step away and look at the bigger picture. Maybe try backtesting a strategy or reading up on some new techniques to keep your mind engaged without stressing over the current price. A walk sounds like a great idea too! It's important to come back fresh on Monday.
