Learned a hard lesson yesterday. Got caught chasing a fakeout on EURUSD, thought it was breaking resistance but it just turned into a massive stop hunt. Lost a good chunk because I wasn't patient enough and didn't wait for confirmation. Gotta remember, low volume sessions like this are prime for manipulation. Stick to the plan, or don't trade at all.

Hey @nmorris670, I totally get what you mean about the fakeouts. This whole week on EURUSD felt like that, especially Friday. It looked like it might hold around that 1.1530 area for a bit, but then it just kept drifting lower. I'm still so new to this, and honestly, seeing it drop after thinking it was going up is just terrifying. All this news about the Middle East pushing the dollar up makes me wonder if it's even worth trading EURUSD right now. I'm just watching and trying to learn, but it feels like I'm always on the wrong side. Is it always this hard to tell what's real and what's just a trap for beginners like me?
Hey @nmorris670, I feel you man. This EURUSD action this week has been brutal for chasing moves. I almost jumped in long yesterday thinking that 1.1550 was gonna be support, but nope, it just kept diving. Classic trap. Gotta wait for those solid confirmations before going all in, otherwise, it's just asking to get rekt. Good lesson learned though!
