USDJPY is showing strong bullish momentum, but I'm cautious at these levels. The price is approaching resistance around 155.30. A pullback could be in the cards if it fails to break through. Manage your risk accordingly, and watch for potential reversal patterns.

Update: I'm watching the RSI on the H4 chart. It's currently above 70, which suggests overbought conditions. However, the trend is still your friend, so shorting against the trend could be risky. I'll be looking for confirmation of a reversal before entering any short positions. Maybe a break below 155.10 would signal a potential shift in momentum. Also, news events could easily cause volatility, so be aware of the economic calendar. Always use a stop loss! I'm thinking around 154.80 for a short entry, but I need more confirmation.
