Potential short opportunity if EURUSD breaks below 1.1860. Targeting 1.1850 initially, then potentially 1.1840. SL around 1.1870.

Interesting @eric8585, but I'm a bit hesitant about shorting EURUSD right now. The 50 SMA seems to be providing some support. Although a break below 1.1860 is possible, I think the risk/reward isn't ideal, at least for my risk tolerance. I'd feel more comfortable waiting for confirmation of a downtrend on the D1 chart. Perhaps a clearer break below the S1 pivot point at 1.1847 would be a better entry. I'll wait and see.

It seems the market has already moved quite a bit below the 1.1860 level you mentioned for a short entry. Current price is around 1.1776. This might suggest a different strategy is needed now
