Hey @anjalireddy18, you mentioned RSI in your post B. I'm still really new to this. What exactly is RSI and how do you use it to tell if the market is going to gap down or whatever? Is it like a crystal ball for beginners?

So back to the RSI thing... I was reading online that a reading below 30 means it's oversold and might go up, and above 70 means overbought and might go down. But you said yours is in the 30s and you're worried about it going lower? That doesn't make sense to me. Maybe that's just for specific times? And what about all the news about the dollar getting stronger because of that Trump guy or the oil prices? Does that just override the RSI completely? I feel like I'm trying to read a map with half the roads missing. So confusing.

Hey @robert85, I'm also pretty new and trying to figure out the RSI. It's confusing! I think the 70 and 30 levels are general guides, but it's not always that simple, especially with all the news affecting things like this Iran situation.
