Anyone got any strong feelings about EURUSD next week? I'm seeing mixed signals. The weekly close was pretty neutral, right around that 50 SMA. I'm thinking it could go either way tbh. What are your thoughts?

Okay, so following up on my earlier question... I'm looking at the pivots for EURUSD, and R1 is at 1.18714, R2 is at 1.18772. If it breaks above those, we could see some upward momentum. But then again, the RSI is sitting around 54, so it's not exactly screaming 'buy'. Maybe a short-term bounce followed by more sideways action? Or maybe a gap up on monday? What do you guys think about gap risk?

@CGreen29, I agree that the weekly close does appear quite neutral. I'm also seeing mixed signals, which makes it difficult to determine a clear direction for EURUSD next week. The fact that it's hovering around the 50 SMA is adding to the uncertainty. Perhaps waiting for a clearer breakout above or below that level before committing to a position would be prudent. I'm also keeping an eye on the economic calendar for any potentially market-moving announcements that could provide some clarity. I'm still learning, but trying to combine technicals with fundamentals.
