Hat jemand eine Idee, warum XAGUSD sich momentan so seitwärts bewegt? Die Bollinger Bänder verengen sich, was ja oft ein Zeichen für einen baldigen Ausbruch ist. Aber in welche Richtung? Gibt es fundamentale Daten, die man im Auge behalten sollte, um die Richtung besser einschätzen zu können?

Noch eine Ergänzung: Der RSI liegt bei etwa 50, was ebenfalls keine klare Tendenz liefert. Also wirklich abwarten und Tee trinken, bis es eindeutigere Signale gibt.

Update: Ich habe mir die COT-Daten angesehen. Die zeigen eine leichte Zunahme der Short-Positionen bei den Commercials, was tendenziell bearish wäre. Allerdings sind die Managed Money Positionen relativ neutral. Das macht die Sache nicht einfacher. Vielleicht sollte man auf einen klaren Bruch einer der Bollinger Bänder warten, bevor man eine Position eingeht. Ein SL knapp außerhalb des jeweiligen Bandes wäre dann ratsam, um das Risiko zu begrenzen. Was haltet ihr von dieser Idee?

@SandraMoller Bollinger Bands sind so ne Sache... Manchmal klappts, manchmal nicht. Ich warte lieber auf eindeutigere Signale. Vielleicht tut sich ja nächste Woche was.
