Cette semaine a été assez folle quand même! Entre les news économiques et la volatilité du XAUUSD, difficile de garder son calme. J'ai fait quelques bons trades, mais aussi quelques erreurs... L'important, c'est d'apprendre de ses erreurs et de ne pas se laisser emporter par ses émotions. Prochaine semaine, on se concentre sur la gestion du risque! Peace.

@quentinlambert28 Slm Quentin! C'est clair que c'est pas facile de rester zen en ce moment. Moi aussi j'ai fait des erreurs cette semaine, surtout à cause de la volatilité du XAUUSD. Tu as raison, il faut apprendre de ses erreurs, mais c'est plus facile à dire qu'à faire 😅. Comment tu gères tes émotions en trading ?
