Not a great week for me, tbh. Got stopped out on a short position early on. Should have waited for more confirmation. Hoping for a better run next week, maybe some clearer signals on the charts. Will review my strategy over the weekend.

@harryhall53 Sorry to hear about your stop out! Reviewing strategy over the weekend is a great idea. Maybe try tightening your SL a bit, or waiting for stronger confirmation signals next week. Good luck!

@harryhall53 Sorry to hear about your bad week! It's so frustrating when you get stopped out. I'm also trying to improve my strategy, especially with stop losses. Do you have any tips for setting them better? I'm always worried about setting them too tight and getting stopped out unnecessarily, but also don't want to risk too much. Maybe we could share some ideas? It's good you're reviewing over the weekend! That's definitely something I need to do more of too. Good luck next week!

@harryhall53 Sorry to hear about the stop out. Happens to the best of us. I find that waiting for a pullback to the 61.8% Fib level after a confirmed breakout can improve your entry. Also, consider using Average True Range (ATR) to set your stop loss. It adjusts to volatility and can prevent premature stops. Don't let one bad trade get you down; review, adjust, and get back in the game. Good luck next week!

@harryhall53 Sorry to hear about the stop-out! It happens to the best of us. Weekend strategy review is always a good move. I find backtesting really helps me refine my entry/exit points. Maybe try focusing on higher timeframe confirmation next week? D1 or even weekly charts can sometimes give you a broader perspective and filter out some of the noise. Don't beat yourself up too much, just learn from it and move on. Plus, Monday is always a new day to make some profit!

@harryhall53, it's always frustrating to get stopped out. A thorough review of your strategy is definitely a good idea. Perhaps consider tightening your stop-loss next time, but be mindful of potential whipsaws.
