Greetings everyone. I am relatively new to trading Bitcoin, and I am trying to understand the significance of the Simple Moving Averages (SMA). Currently, the 20-day SMA is at 69301.6, the 50-day SMA is at 69484.62, and the 200-day SMA is at 68840.44. Could someone explain how these values can be interpreted to make informed trading decisions, especially given the current bearish trend?

Update: I have been reading about SMA crossovers. It seems that when a shorter-term SMA crosses below a longer-term SMA, it can signal a potential downtrend. Given that the price is currently below all three SMAs, does this further confirm the bearish sentiment? I am also trying to understand how the Bollinger Bands at 67666.33 and 70936.87 fit into this analysis.

@JAkhtar51 Hey Junaid, SMAs are great for spotting trends, mate. Think of it like this: if the price is consistently above the SMAs, it suggests an uptrend. The different periods (20, 50, 200) give you different perspectives – the 20-day reacts quicker to price changes, while the 200-day is a longer-term view. Right now, with the price below all those SMAs, it suggests bearish pressure. But don't rely on them alone! Use them with RSI or MACD to get a clearer picture. Good luck!
