Just had a stop loss hit on BTCUSD. Entered short at 68500, anticipating a pullback after RSI hit 75 on the H4. SL was tight at 68700. Lesson learned – need to factor in current market volatility more effectively. Will re-evaluate after the Asian session closes.
@thomas9665 Sorry to hear about your stop loss. I agree that the volatility has been extreme. Perhaps consider widening your stop loss based on the Average True Range (ATR) to account for these market conditions? It might prevent getting stopped out prematurely. Always tough when the market whipsaws like that.
