XAUUSD Oct 16
XAUUSD seems to be struggling to find a clear direction today, doesn't it? It's bouncing around quite a bit. I'm still learning to read the market properly, but I'm thinking it might be a good idea to wait for a more obvious trend before jumping in. What do you guys reckon?

@isla1997 Yeah, I'm seeing the same thing. It's choppy. Waiting for a clearer trend is probably smart. I'm still trying to figure out how to spot those trends early.

@isla1997 I feel you, gold can be tricky sometimes. When it's bouncing around like that, it's often best to wait for confirmation. Look at the smaller timeframes (H1, H4) for potential patterns or breakouts. The pivot points can also give you some clues about potential support and resistance levels. Also, don't be afraid to sit on the sidelines and just observe! Patience is key. Maybe wait for a clear break above 5180 or below 5150 before making a move. Good luck!
