Seeing DXY struggle around that 99.25 level today. It's hovering just above the S2 pivot point at 99.14, which is interesting. If it breaks below that, I reckon we could see a quick drop towards the 99.00 psychological level. The RSI is sitting at 38, still showing some bearish momentum, so I'm not feeling too optimistic about a bounce here just yet. We need to see a solid close above 99.50 to even consider bullish sentiment returning.

@graceking77 I saw DXY hovering around that 99.25 resistance too, and yeah, the S2 pivot at 99.14 is key. RSI at 38 isn't screaming bullish, but given about oil and inflation fears, I'm actually seeing more upside potential for the dollar right now than a break lower. The geopolitical tension usually drives safe-haven demand for USD. My hunch is we might see a push towards R1 at 99.87 or even R2 at 100 if this sentiment continues. It feels like the market is pricing in a 'hawkish hold' from the Fed as suggests, which would support DXY. I'm watching for a confirmed break above 99.61, the P pivot, for a long entry.

@graceking77 I agree, that 99.25 level is definitely acting as resistance. The RSI at 38 coupled with the S2 pivot is a bearish signal for sure, but I'm keeping an eye on any fundamental shifts.
