Anyone else notice how gold kinda just chills during the Sydney session? 😴 Like, it'll move eventually, but it's usually a slow burn, not a pump. Good time to set your alerts and walk away imo. No point in staring at sideways action all night. Unless you're into that kinda thing lol.

And don't even get me started on trying to scalp during these hours. Forget about it. The spreads are wider than my grandma's stories, and the volume is so thin you'll get slippage for days. Seriously, unless you're trading some crazy news event, just chill.

I learned that the hard way last week trying to catch a quick dip. Ended up paying more in fees and slippage than I even made on the trade. Now I just stick to setting my orders and waking up to see what happened. Less stress, more gains (hopefully lol).
