I find myself constantly checking ETHUSD even when I know I should be sleeping. My automated systems are running, but the manual urge to peek at the charts is overwhelming. I’ve definitely fallen for the 'just one more look' trap too many times, leading to late-night trades that go south by morning. It's a bad habit I need to break, especially with this current volatility.

And then, after I decide to just go to bed, I'll inevitably wake up to a massive move that I missed. It's like the market knows I'm trying to get some rest. Maybe I should just set my SL tighter and accept whatever happens. The news about crypto tokens dropping 61% on average also makes me nervous about holding positions overnight.
