What are your thoughts on using Bollinger Bands to analyze XAUUSD? The bands are relatively tight right now, which could indicate a period of consolidation before a breakout. A break above the upper band (around 5251) might signal a strong bullish move, while a break below the lower band (around 5121) could indicate a bearish trend. I'm trying to incorporate them into my analysis, but I'm still learning how to best interpret the signals. Any insights?

@kavita1985, I agree about the Bollinger Bands potentially indicating a breakout soon. The squeeze is definitely on. I'm a little unsure about the 5251 level though, seems like quite a jump from where we closed on Friday. I wonder if there might be some resistance around 5180 first? Just a thought!
