For me, proper risk management is non-negotiable. I never risk more than 1% of my capital on a single trade. Stop losses are set before I even enter the position, and I'm always assessing the risk-reward ratio. Sticking to these rules, even when it feels painful, is what keeps me in the game long-term.

@harper9519 I totally agree about risk management, it's so important. I'm still learning to stick to my stops though, sometimes I feel like I can just ride out the dip and it'll come back. Usually, it just gets worse, though. Trying to get better at that, it's tough when your money is on the line.
