ugh, just got stopped out on a small long position I opened earlier today. -0.5% loss. i was hoping for a bounce off the 1.1560 pivot, but it just kept dropping. should have waited for more confirmation. lesson learned i guess. back to the drawing board 😅

@deepika1460 Aww I'm sorry to hear about ur loss 🥺 It happens to all of us! I'm still trying to figure out how to set my stop losses properly. Do you usually use fixed percentages or look at support/resistance levels? I'm finding it so hard to balance risk and potential reward.
@deepika1460 Sorry to hear about your stop out. It happens to the best of us. I agree that waiting for more confirmation is generally a good idea, especially with EURUSD's volatility recently. Perhaps consider using a wider stop loss based on the ATR indicator to avoid getting stopped out prematurely.
