XAUUSD Apr 7
Man, XAUUSD is just hovering around this 4640 area. Feels like it's stuck between that 200 SMA and the current price. The geopolitical news should be pushing it higher, but it's not really reacting. Kinda makes you wonder if something else is weighing it down. This sideways action is nerve-wracking for daytrading.

Wait, I just looked at the broader trend again and that 200 SMA is still below the price, even with this recent dip. So technically, the long-term trend is still up, right? But this current chop is really making me doubt it. If we break below 4630, I might have to reconsider my whole outlook for the week.
