I've been studying XAUUSD charts, and I'm noticing a potential buying opportunity. The price is currently around 5012, and the RSI is hovering in neutral territory, indicating there's room for further upward movement before it becomes overbought. However, the Bollinger Bands suggest we might be nearing resistance.
I'm thinking of initiating a small long position with a tight stop-loss just below S1 at 5011 to manage risk. My target would be R1 around 5029. It's important to acknowledge that this is just one possible scenario, and market conditions can change rapidly. Prudent risk management is always key.
