Closed my short position at 67300, managed to snag a quick 50 pips. Was a bit nervous with the recent sideways action, and with London session closing, I'm taking profits. Risk management is key, even on small wins. On to the next one.

@george5845 Well played on banking those pips! Taking profit is never a bad decision. I'm still holding a small short position from higher up, using a trailing stop. Thinking of adding to it if we see a strong rejection at that 20 SMA. Gotta love risk reward ratio!

@george5845 Agree on risk management. 50 pips is still a good trade. I'm also watching closely, but I'm a bit more cautious about closing shorts just yet. RSI is still below 40 on the daily, indicating further downside potential. The Canadian unemployment news could add pressure. I'm looking for a break below 66000 before considering covering my position. Ultimately, protecting capital is the priority, so your decision to take profits makes sense. It's a long game.

@george5845 Nice one on closing in profit! 50 pips is 50 pips. 👍 I'm still learning to be disciplined like that. Tend to get greedy sometimes, lol. 😅
