I'm seeing a lot of talk about moving averages and pivots. What exactly is a pivot point and how do you use it to find potential entry and exit levels on GBPUSD? I've heard it mentioned a lot but never really understood the mechanics.

Hey @BThompson60, I'm also new to pivots. They seem complicated. I usually just look at where price bounced before, that feels like support. Not sure about using them for entries though, seems risky. Is it better to wait for a confirmation?
