This ETHUSD chart is confusing me today. The RSI is hanging around 40, which isn't really oversold or overbought, and the price is just kinda stuck between the 50 SMA and that S1 pivot. Feels like it could go either way, honestly. Smart money playing games or what?

Wait, so if the whales are buying the dip, why is the price still dropping? Doesn't make sense. Maybe the news about Circle wanting lower crypto thresholds in the EU is making some big players nervous about regulatory risk or something? This market is a joke sometimes.
