The RSI is 62.1, showing bullish momentum. I'm wondering if it will test the upper Bollinger Band around 65900 soon. What are your thoughts on this level?

if it reaches that resistance, I'd expect some rejection or at least a slowdown. My concern is if it breaks R1, the next major resistance is R2 at 66173.33.
The 200 SMA is even higher at 66831.23. I'm still trying to figure out where to place my TP if it goes up. I want to be patient but not miss out. this is tricky.
