This waiting is the worst. Friday's close was pretty brutal for XAUUSD, and now I just have to sit here and think about it until Monday.

Hey @laurenrobinson41, I totally feel you! That Friday close was rough. I was kinda hoping it would stay flat over the weekend so I wouldn't have to worry, but nope. Now I'm just staring at it, trying to figure out if it's gonna keep dropping or bounce back. It's like gold is playing mind games with us beginners!

Seriously @laurenrobinson41, it's like torture waiting for the market to open after a weekend like that. I was hoping for some calm but it just feels like a powder keg. I keep staring at the XAUUSD chart, trying to figure out if that Friday drop means we're heading lower or if it was just a liquidity grab. My gut says we might see some more downside, especially with the dollar looking strong again. But then again, gold always does its own thing when things get dicey geopolitically. I'm just hoping it doesn't tank further before I can even get in a trade. This whole waiting game is brutal, I just want to see some clear direction.
