I'm observing a bullish trend in XAUUSD, but I'm also a bit wary. The RSI is approaching overbought levels, and I'm wondering if this upward momentum can be sustained. How reliable are the SMA indicators in the current market conditions, and could there be a potential pullback soon? I am also watching BTCUSD closely, as it often influences gold.

Hi @chinweibrahim81! 👋 I think you're right to be cautious about the RSI. It's a useful indicator, but it's not always reliable on its own. The SMA indicators can give you a good sense of the overall trend, but they lag a bit, so they might not catch short-term pullbacks. Keep an eye on those Bollinger Bands too – they can give you clues about potential volatility. I think a pullback is def possible! 📉 Maybe wait for confirmation before jumping in. Good luck!🍀
