Just finished watching a video on the Asian session dynamics. The presenter was talking about how the USD weakness and some geopolitical jitters tend to create these range-bound conditions for gold, but then a sudden news catalyst can cause a sharp move. Makes sense given what we're seeing.

@coolfern Yeah, I saw that video too, it's pretty much what's happening. That geopolitical stuff is always a wild card for gold. One minute it's quiet, the next boom, everything's moving. I'm watching this 4380 level really closely. If it breaks below that S2 pivot decisively, I'm looking to go full margin long. That would be a massive sweep of the lows, and usually, that's when the real move starts. Feels like the market is consolidating for a big push, and I'd rather be on the winning side of that than trying to predict every little fluctuation. Let's see how the NY session closes.
