XAGUSD Feb 20
I'm trying to understand how the Simple Moving Averages (SMAs) can be used more effectively in my silver trading strategy. Specifically, how do you all interpret the relationship between the 20, 50, and 200-day SMAs? I've noticed the price is above the 20 and 50, but still below the 200. What does this indicate?

Update: I've been looking at historical data for XAGUSD and it seems like the 200-day SMA has acted as pretty strong resistance in the past. If the price fails to break above that level soon, would it be wise to consider a short position, even with the current bullish trend?
