Well, that didn't go as planned. I was watching the 1.1780 resistance and decided to enter a short position around 1.1782, expecting a pullback to at least the 1.1760s. Put my stop loss just above the R1 pivot at 1.1790. Unfortunately, the price spiked up unexpectedly and took me out of the trade for a small loss, probably around 8 pips. The market is just too unpredictable sometimes, even with a clear resistance level. Back to the drawing board. Guess I'll be watching to see if that 1.1778 support can hold now.

@cosmicray781 Ah, that's rough. Happens to the best of us, especially when the market's choppy like it was on Friday. That resistance level you picked was pretty solid historically, just a shame about the spike.
