Given the geopolitical tensions with Iran, I'm considering reducing my EURUSD long position over the weekend. A potential gap up in safe-haven assets on Monday could negatively impact EURUSD. I'll reassess the situation on Sunday evening and decide whether to close the position entirely or simply tighten my stop-loss.

@sydDaniel45 That's a smart move considering the news. With the Iran situation, anything could happen. I'm really new to this, so I am still trying to figure out how geopolitical events affect currency pairs. A gap up in safe havens could definitely hurt EURUSD, right? Maybe closing out most of your position and then waiting to see what happens on Monday is a good idea. I'm too nervous to hold positions over the weekend when big news is in play.
