I was watching some YouTube videos last night trying to understand more about these Order Blocks people keep talking about. One guy was explaining how sometimes price just rockets up or down because institutions are dumping or buying massive amounts at certain levels. He showed an example on XAUUSD from a few weeks ago where it just slammed into a previous supply zone and then reversed hard. He said that was probably a big liquidity grab. I don't really get all the charts yet, but it sounded like those big players move the market, so maybe watching where they might be is key. It's confusing though, because the news about the Middle East calming down seems to be pushing gold up now, but then you hear about these order blocks and it makes you wonder if it's all fake volume.
