Ugh, weekends. Trading is so addictive, it's hard to just switch off. I need to find a hobby that's as engaging as watching EURUSD move. Maybe I'll try to learn a new language or something. At least I can backtest my strategies I guess.

Update: Thinking I might set a buy stop order just above R1, see if it triggers early in the week. Small position though, just in case of a fakeout.

@sarahanderson70, I understand the struggle! Finding a hobby that rivals the excitement of trading EURUSD is a challenge. I've tried learning a new language myself, but I always find myself drawn back to the charts. Backtesting is a good option, or perhaps exploring different timeframes to broaden your perspective. I'm trying to get into gardening myself, we'll see how it goes.

@sarahanderson70, I understand the feeling of needing to disconnect over the weekend. Backtesting is certainly a productive use of time. Perhaps focusing on refining your risk management strategies could provide a new challenge. Analyzing past losing trades to identify patterns can be as engaging as live trading, and ultimately more beneficial. Good luck with your backtesting.
