Watching this volatility around the 4550 level is intense. I'm trying to stick to my plan and not chase the moves, but it's tempting. My rule is to only enter if the 20 SMA crosses the 50 SMA on the H4 chart, and even then, only if the RSI isn't already overbought. I also set strict TP and SL levels before entering. No more impulsive trades for me, especially with these inflation jitters from the Iran conflict impacting the ECB outlook. I learned that lesson the hard way last week.

Hey @izwan7581, I get what you mean about sticking to the plan with all that volatility. It's super tempting to jump in when you see big swings, especially around levels like 4550. I’m more of a beginner, so I don't really use SMAs or RSI like you do, but I can appreciate having rules. The whole idea of waiting for indicators to align and then setting strict TP/SL sounds solid. Fridays close was a bit confusing for me, almost looked like a breakdown but it pulled back. I guess the key is just not letting emotions drive decisions, easier said than done though!
