Saw this morning that XAGUSD had a huge red candle, almost like a bearish engulfing pattern from what I remember reading. That usually means the trend might reverse downwards, especially after a run-up. But then it bounced back up and started forming these small dojis right at resistance. It's confusing as hell. Is it going to dump again because of that dollar strength from the Middle East news, or is this just a pause before it blasts off higher? Feels like smart money is playing games.

Hey @SophiaSurfer, I saw that too. The price action on Friday was confusing, definitely. That big red candle followed by smaller dojis at what looked like resistance was a bit concerning. Given the news about the dollar strengthening despite Middle East tensions, it makes sense that silver might have faced some selling pressure, even if it tried to recover. It's tricky when the news seems to push the dollar up, which usually isn't great for silver. I'm just glad I wasn't in a trade at that exact moment, this kind of chop is dangerous. I'll be watching to see if that resistance holds next week.
