Hey everyone, I'm trying to get my head around order blocks. I've seen a few YouTube videos but I'm still not 100% sure how to identify them properly on XAUUSD. Are there any specific things I should be looking for, especially in this sort of quiet market? Any tips or resources would be greatly appreciated!

Also, I was reading that order blocks are more reliable when they align with the overall trend... which I guess is kinda down rn for gold. But then the RSI is oversold, so maybe it's a trap??? I'm so confused lol. I think I need to backtest more. Does anyone have any advice on how to backtest order blocks effectively on XAUUSD? I'm using TradingView, but I'm not sure what settings to use to filter out the noise.
