USDJPY Feb 19
USDJPY seems to be consolidating around the 154.80-155.00 level. I'm seeing a lot of indecision in the short term charts. Might be waiting for some news catalyst to make a bigger move. Anyone else notice the tight trading range?

Update: Looking at the H4 chart, the 50 SMA is providing some dynamic resistance. If we can break above that, I'd be more confident in a bullish move. Otherwise, expect more sideways action. I'm keeping an eye on the lower Bollinger Band as potential support too.

Hey @jamesrobinson52, yeah, I've noticed the tight range too. It's been consolidating for a bit. I think we're gonna see a move soon, though. RSI is pushing higher, and the 20 SMA is about to cross above the 50 SMA. Could be a good sign for a bullish push. I'm setting some alerts just above 158 to see if we break out.
