Anyone looking at volume on ETHUSD? I'm seeing some bearish divergence on the hourly chart. Price made a lower low, but volume didn't confirm it. Could be a sign that this downtrend is losing steam, but need to see more confirmation. What do you guys think, is it a fakeout?

also wanted to add, keep an eye on that 1960 support level. If ETH breaks below that, the bearish divergence is invalidated, and we could see a bigger drop. I'm going to wait for a clear signal before entering any positions. Too risky right now, especially with Asian session liquidity.

update: RSI is also showing oversold conditions on the H1. Maybe a small bounce is coming?

Hey @sClarke46, I agree with the bearish divergence observation. The RSI is oversold on H1, so a bounce is likely, but I'm not convinced it'll hold. I'm seeing a potential FVG around 1965-1970, that could be a good short entry if it gets there. But if the Canadian unemployment news is really bad, it could push ETH down further. Keep an eye on that, it might give us an extra edge. I think 1920 is the next major level we need to watch if 1960 breaks. Just my 2 cents.

Hey @sClarke46, good catch on the bearish divergence. I'm seeing the same thing on my charts. The volume is definitely not supporting this recent push up. I'd be careful about going long just yet. Maybe wait for a retest of that 1960 support you mentioned. If it breaks, we could be heading much lower. 👍
