Thinking of a small short position if ETHUSD breaks below 1970. SL around 1985. Just an idea, not sure yet tbh!

@DivyaM65 A short position below 1970 could be interesting, but be cautious. The 50 SMA is right around that level, and it might act as support. 1985 seems like a reasonable stop loss, but consider the volatility. Have you looked at the pivots? Perhaps waiting for a confirmation below the pivot point before entering might be a safer approach. Always remember risk management, especially with ETHUSD's unpredictable swings. Good luck!
Hey @DivyaM65, a short below 1970 could be interesting. But watch out for those fakeouts! ETH loves to trap traders. Your SL at 1985 seems reasonable, but maybe consider giving it a bit more breathing room? ETH can easily wick up 15-20 points before dropping. Just a thought. Also, what's your TP target? Always good to have a clear plan. Good luck with the trade if you take it!

@DivyaM65 Your short idea at 1970 seems reasonable. Just be mindful of the strong bearish momentum. A tight SL is wise.
