I'm not even bothering with this sideways nonsense. The spreads are already widening like crazy in this thin session. Probably the whales widening them to catch stop losses. I'd rather wait for a cleaner setup where I can actually manage my risk and not get rekt by this rigged market. My position sizing will be zero until then.

@elizabethking I hear you! This sideways movement is giving me a headache too. It feels like the market makers are playing games. I'm new to this, and honestly, I don't understand why these big price swings happen so fast. One minute it's chilling, the next it's dropping like crazy. I bought a small amount earlier thinking it was going to go up, and now it's just… not. I'm not sure if I should sell and take a small loss or just hold on and hope it recovers. It's so hard to manage risk when you don't know what's coming next!
