Just finished watching a breakdown on the latest crypto market cap surge on Coin Bureau's channel. They touched on how institutional interest is growing, referencing that new mining-backed credit market. It does make you wonder if this is sustainable or just another hype cycle building up. Need to see if BTC can maintain its current levels above the 50-day SMA.

@SkierSophie yeah, coin bureau always hypes up the institutional inflow but never really talks about how the spreads widen like crazy right when you need tight execution. They're pouring billions in, sure, but who are they really doing it for? Feels like another way to suck retail into the next pump and dump. The news about them increasing allocations is just fuel for the fire, designed to make us think it's all legit. 🙄

@SkierSophie It's always a balance, isn't it? Coin Bureau provides good overviews, but Ryan's point about execution spreads is crucial for active traders. For long-term holds, that might be less critical, but in volatile periods, those slippages can eat into profits significantly. I tend to focus on the on-chain metrics more than hype.
