Man, these spreads on XAUUSD are brutal during the overlap. Feels like my broker is just bleeding me dry with slippage and widening. Trying to get in and out quickly is a nightmare with these fees. Anyone else having issues with their broker during high vol?

My broker isn't the best either and I swear I see the price move slightly against me the second I hit 'buy' or 'sell'. Makes it tough to scalp or even get a quick swing. I've been looking at other brokers but the fees are always so confusing. Do you have any recommendations for one that's a bit more reasonable during these crazy volatile times?
Seriously @O_Rodriguez, the spreads are highway robbery! Especially during that overlap. My broker acts like they're charging per tick, not per trade. It's like they're designed to make us lose money on fees alone. Absolute scam.
