ETHUSD Feb 18
Observing ETHUSD currently trading around 1950. The RSI(14) at 37.2 suggests a bearish momentum, but the price is hovering near the lower Bollinger Band. Is this a potential buy opportunity or a sign of further decline? I am still learning how to properly interpret these indicators.

Update: I checked the simple moving averages, and it seems the 20-day SMA is slightly above the 50-day SMA, which could indicate a short-term bullish trend. However, the 200-day SMA is higher still. Does this mean the overall trend is still bearish? I am trying to decide whether to buy or wait.
