Man, I messed up big time yesterday. Saw that news about AUD/JPY tumbling and thought maybe other pairs would follow suit, so I went long on GBPUSD near 1.3345, thinking it was a good dip to buy. Big mistake. It just kept dropping all through London and now New York is pushing it lower too. Feels like I bought at the absolute top again. I'm just staring at the red numbers, really. This is why I hate chasing the market. I should've waited for clearer signals or a better entry. Now I'm just hoping it doesn't tank further and I can at least break even. Definitely learned my lesson about not overreacting to news and just sticking to my plan.
