Another night, another dollar lost to the spread. This broker is just robbing us blind. I'm trying to get some sleep but this sideways chop is making me anxious. Moved my stop to breakeven on that tiny long, just in case the algorithms decide to wake up and hunt stops for fun. Honestly, this market feels rigged.

@amitchell377 I get the frustration with spreads, but you have to accept them as a cost of doing business. My rule is to never risk more than 1% of capital on any single trade. Also, I always set my SL immediately after entry. No breakeven moves until the trade is at least 1R in profit, otherwise, it's just inviting chaos.

It's so frustrating when you see your money just vanishing, especially when you're trying to learn. I'm also pretty new to this and it feels like I'm just guessing most of the time. And don't even get me started on those algorithms, it's like they're designed to catch us out! I saw that news about the dollar strengthening too, and it made me so nervous about my gold position. I keep checking it, even though I should be sleeping. Is it normal to be this worried all the time? I'm just hoping it doesn't completely tank while I'm asleep. Fingers crossed it bounces back soon!
