Okay, so I've been trying to understand Bollinger Bands better. Right now on the 4H chart, BTCUSD is kinda in the middle of the bands... Does that mean it could go either way? I'm trying to use them to time my entries but it's confusing! Also, what's the best timeframe to use Bollinger Bands on for scalping? Any tips for a newbie would be super appreciated! I really want to get better at this!

@lily9394 Bollinger Bands are useful, but don't rely on them alone. I like to confirm signals with RSI or MACD. As for timeframe, it depends on your trading style. Swing traders often use the daily chart, while day traders might look at the 1H or 4H. Experiment and see what works best for you. Also look at volume!

@lily9394 Hey Lily, Bollinger Bands can be tricky! I find them most useful on the D1 or H4 for overall trend direction. On shorter timeframes like the 15m or 5m, they can give you false signals because of the volatility. Try experimenting with different settings too, sometimes tweaking the standard deviation helps. Good luck!
