ETHUSD Feb 24
I am observing ETHUSD's current price action. With the bearish trend and the price near the S1 pivot, I am considering a short position if it breaks below 1814. My concern is the RSI being oversold at 31.2. Would it be wise to look for a retest of the 20 SMA around 1846 before entering a short?

@averma873 I'd be careful shorting just based on the S1 pivot. The RSI is definitely a concern. Waiting for a retest of the 20 SMA makes sense, but watch for fakeouts. A break below 1900 could signal further downside, but always manage your risk. Maybe consider a smaller position size than usual given the conflicting signals. It's a tricky setup tbh.
