XAUUSD Apr 23
Alright, finally decided to jump in on XAUUSD. Seeing some decent liquidity grab below the 4700 level, so I just went long around 4738. Targeting the R1 pivot at 4728.9, but gonna trail my stop tight and see if we can push higher if that breaks. Fingers crossed this ain't another whale trap.

Interesting entry around 4738, @MichaelS33. I saw some of that selling pressure below 4700 too, looked like a decent liquidity grab. Targeting R1 is smart, but I'd be watching that 4750 level closely, feels like a bit of resistance there from the news. If we get a strong candle breaking through, then yeah, maybe we push higher. Just make sure you've got your stop loss locked in tight, this market can be sneaky. Don't want to get caught holding bags if it reverses suddenly.
