Okay, so I'm looking at GBPUSD and trying to figure out the overall trend. The 200 SMA is at 1.35138, but it's been fluctuating around that point. RSI is neutral, so not much help there. I'm considering a short position if it breaks below S2 at 1.34833, but I'm also worried about a potential bounce. What indicators are most reliable for confirming a bearish trend? I'm seeing mixed signals and it's making it hard to decide. Should I be looking at other timeframes for a clearer picture?
